ProMiles eCredentials is designed to improve compliance and streamline document management processes. Within the back-office all required and fleet specific credentials are digitized, managed, and distributed to drivers creating a single source of truth. The mobile app supports SSO and offline document viewing or transfer of driver, trailer, vehicle, company, affiliated company, and fleet specific credentials at roadside or shippers locations.
Fleets and professional drivers are tasked with safely executing on-time freight movements while complying with all regulatory requirements. ProMiles eCredentials is an enterprise solution designed to improve overall fleet compliance and streamline the process associated with managing credentials. The eCredentials solution empowers Safety & Compliance teams through real-time management and proactive alerts of expiring credentials. All required and fleet specific credentials are digitized, filed, stored, and distributed to drivers creating a single source of truth for regulatory documents (IFTA license, IRP registration, annual vehicle & trailer inspections, medical cards, CDL, insurance, rental & lease agreements, etc.).
To ensure your data is secure, the ProMiles eCredentials solution is hosted in a SOC2 Type II environment. The PlatformScience driver and vehicles database syncs daily with the eCredentials solution eliminating manual entries. The eCredentials solution enables Safety & Compliance managers to electronically (API) or bulk import via csv file additional assets (ex: trailers) and credentials.
The eCredentials Mobile Application supports SSO, real-time updates, and local storage for viewing credentials offline. Upon driver login to Platform Science all assigned credentials are retrieved including the company, driver, truck, dispatched trailer, affiliate company and custom credentials. Drivers can request trailer credentials and all regulatory documents display the expiration date. Upon request at roadside or shippers a single or multiple credentials can be electronically transferred by the drivers or safety & compliance teams.
