What You Will Do:

You prepare a project plan:

• Determine the project scope together with customer & account manager
• Align with product manager in case of new feature requests
• Define the project deliverables & milestones an contact external third parties
• Capture the needs of the customer, proactively suggest the different possibilities and assist in choosing the best fit
• Demonstrate the complete solution as how it would be implemented
• Communicate the captured information to the relevant internal department for processing.
• Provide up to date documentation towards customer

You implement the project:

• Execute project according to project plan
• During implementation, you’ll guard the milestone
• Assist the customer during implementation, this includes technical assistance, extra training, problems/questions and change requests
• Arrange the necessary training for the customer’s dispatch team and the driver trainers.

You control and evaluate the project:

• Log all time spent on project
• Immediately report problems when they occur
• Provide weekly reports towards customer/account manager
• Guard milestones, time consumption, quality & budget
• Correctly and consistently use the Platform Science TL management tools

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• You have an IT background which covers a wide range of different systems & architectures.
• You have xml and xslt knowledge and know the basics of GPRS and APN
• You know web services, the ASP model and understand network architecture
• You show commercial feeling and are stress resistant
• Truck & Transport and/or telecom experience is an advantage
• Organizing and planning is your passion
• You are able to work independent and to take ownership
• Experience in integrating different systems is an advantage
• You have good communication skills and are able to handle problems in a diplomatic order
• You are eager to learn new things
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is a requirement
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Over de functie

Je bereidt een projectplan voor: Bepaal de projectomvang samen met de klant & accountmanager Stem af met de productmanager in geval van nieuwe functieaanvragen Definieer de projectresultaten & mijlpalen en neem contact op met externe derde partijen Vang de behoeften van de klant op, stel proactief de verschillende mogelijkheden voor en help bij het kiezen van de beste optie Demonstreer de complete oplossing zoals deze geïmplementeerd zou worden Communiceer de vastgelegde informatie naar de relevante interne afdeling voor verwerking. Voorzie de klant van actuele documentatie

Je implementeert het project: Voer het project uit volgens het projectplan Tijdens de implementatie bewaak je de mijlpalen Assisteer de klant tijdens de implementatie, dit omvat technische assistentie, extra training, problemen/vragen en wijzigingsverzoeken Regel de benodigde training voor het dispatchteam en de chauffeurstrainers van de klant.

Je controleert en evalueert het project: Registreer alle aan het project bestede tijd Meld problemen onmiddellijk wanneer ze zich voordoen Verstrek wekelijkse rapporten aan de klant/accountmanager Bewaak mijlpalen, tijdsbesteding, kwaliteit & budget Gebruik de Platform Science TL management tools correct en consistent

Essentiële verantwoordelijkheden

Je coördineert met productmanagement om de productprioriteiten en belangrijkste features te identificeren die elk kwartaal moeten worden uitgebracht. Je zorgt ervoor dat de complete end-to-end scope van de features en belangrijke projecten wordt geïdentificeerd en opgesplitst in componenten die worden toegewezen aan de juiste scrumteams (en eventuele andere teams, afdelingen of externe leveranciers) en dienovereenkomstig worden geprioriteerd, inclusief definitie, architectuur, ontwikkeling, bètatesten, go live en uiteindelijke migratieactiviteiten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de regelmatige opvolging van de voortgang van deze belangrijke deliverables en rapporteert de status op regelmatige basis aan het management. Je jaagt proactief de uitvoering van de taken binnen alle afdelingen na, signaleert eventuele risico's, vertragingen en onverwachte problemen en grijpt onmiddellijk in met corrigerende maatregelen om een tijdige levering te garanderen.

Voor grote, klantspecifieke projectleveringen bewaak je de scope, rapporteer je de voortgang en coördineer je met de klant, accountmanagers en interne teams.

Ervaring

• Je hebt een IT-achtergrond die een breed scala aan verschillende systemen & architecturen omvat.
• Je hebt kennis van xml en xslt en kent de basisprincipes van GPRS en APN Je kent webservices, het ASP-model en begrijpt netwerkarchitectuur
• Je toont commercieel inzicht en bent stressbestendig
• Ervaring in de vrachtwagen- & transportsector en/of telecom is een voordeel
• Organiseren en plannen is je passie
• Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
• Ervaring met het integreren van verschillende systemen is een voordeel
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om problemen op een diplomatieke manier aan te pakken
